Love Angeline Members Only

The best thing about a three day weekend? A four day week! I'm a lucky girl to get days like MLK and Presidents' Day. It's been awhile since I've done some decals. I picked up Love Angeline's Members Only months and months ago. The black, pinks, whites, circles and squares made me so happy.

Staring at it, I wanted the right base color so you could see all the different colors in this topper. I decided gray was the ticket. Two coats of Color Club Wild Orchid and then strategically placed the glitters. I'm still new to fishing for, and dabbing large glitters on. It's a full-time job people!
Accent nails were naked and stamped with m71 flower design and Black on Black. I then dropped miss little Marie from Lady and the Tramp decals from ob40 on top. I can also see this polish with some bows and polka dots. Let me know if you have other ideas!

Glitter Butter & Jelly Sandwich

I saw the BEST tutorial on Facebook and can't for the life of me find the original post. Some brilliant nail maven slathered on some silver glitterness and then used jellies randomly over the top. I had wanted to create this for New Year's but was traveling and didn't have time. Random side note, I always want to add an "h" when spelling sandwich. Don't we all have one of those words? Just sayin'.
I started with one coat of China Glaze I'd Melt for You so the Glitter wasn't a total bitch to remove (it ended up being this mani's demise because it peeled off full nail in the shower):(. Then one thick coat of Nina Ultra Pro Silver Slipper.
I then randomly used Loreal jellies on top of the Nina silver glitter and stamped from SB21 with Sinful Black on Black.
These rocked and looked like decals! Of course the sun didn't come out for three days so I wasn't able to capture the sparkle - boohoo. Have you done anything like this?

Dance Legend Llarowe Exclusive No. 529 Deco Dance

I think Dance Legend has such a nice array of colors, glitters and finishes. This past summer, I saw a swatch of their Llarowe Exclusive, No. 529 Deco Dance. It felt similar to Deborah Lippmann's Ray of Light. As I don't already have that in my stash, I felt like this was a good addition.

The purple jelly base as a color shifting flakie suspended throughout. This is two coats. For accent nails, I stamped the squares image from SB021 with China Glaze Hyper Haute.
I then used craft scissors to cut random strips of polish and places on top of the stamping. From far away it looked like I just had chipped nails, up close, you could see a lot more of the detail.
