~Polish Freshie~: Dakota Vox Lighted Mascara

In addition to being a connoisseur of polish, my makeup collection is definitely not lacking. About a year ago I found myself wanting to try all kinds of new mascara. I'm a darker than Malecifant's soul kind of black.

I gave this Dakota Vox Lighted Mascara a go. A light, in your eye - yes it sounds a bit intimidating. Honestly, the light (which stays on once clicked) really does illuminate those minuscule lashes without blinding you. The packaging also includes a mirror on the wand.

Said to be flake free, the silicone brush "coats lashes without clumping." I found this to be the case and it did a decent job of lengthening my lashes.
